SWRK 375 - Social Work Practice with Military Families

This course is designed to develop attention to the military as a central component of the program’s mission. The course emphasizes the ecological systems perspective and intervention with military families. Content will focus on the specific needs of military families, the dynamics of the family environment in a transient context, problems encountered, and service needs.
Prerequisite: SWRK 230 , SWRK 311 , SWRK 330 , SWRK 340 , SWRK 350 , SWRK 360 , SWRK 365 , and a declared social work major
