Restorative justice, in some form or another, has been practiced most likely since the dawn of humanity. Harms create obligations, the fulfillment of which offers the possibility of healing for all. The purpose of this course is to expose students to the discourse on justice that prioritizes healing.
Prerequisite: CRJC 200
