This course in data visualization will cover topics on how to organize data and create effective dashboards based on key performance indicators in Excel and PowerBI. Students will learn key concepts of Business Intelligence (BI) and apply Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) to create calculated columns, measures, and custom tables in Power BI. Microsoft curriculum materials for PowerBI will be integrated in this course.
Prerequisite: ISBA 300 or ACCT 300
