A study of the organization and coordination of the total marketing program, including marketing segmentation, the marketing mix, and the operating environment. Students analyze firm’s marketing strategies, competitive strategies, and industry trends, and conduct an external situational analysis for the development of future oriented strategies and tactics to direct a company’s marketing efforts. Prerequisite: Senior standing in Marketing
