MATH 127 - Quantitative Reasoning with Special Applications Credit Hours: 3 Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0
This course is an introduction to mathematical concepts, problem solving techniques, and pedagogical strategies that provide direct and explicit instruction of mathematics-specific academic language. Students will explore concepts of number and quantity, data interpretation, data representation, statistics, probability, algebra, and geometry. Prerequisite: MATH 121 or instructor approval
