Program Requirements
Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university. Overall minimum GPA of 2.7 (3.0 preferred) on 4.0 scale for all undergraduate work or minimum 2.75 (3.0 preferred) on 4.0 scale in last 60 hours of study which may include no more than 12 graduate hours.

Professional Education Core Courses: 12 Credits
Secondary Education Major Core: 21 Credits
READ 320, EDUC 455, and EDUC 467 may not be taken until student is admitted to Teacher Education. EDUC 497 and EDUC 490 may not be taken until student is admitted to Clinical Experience (Student Teaching) and must be taken during last and final semester.
