Minor Requirements

SBE majors are expected to complete 9-15 additional hours of course work beyond major requirements. 

HCM minor courses may not be used to fulfill business electives for major requirements.

• HCM 310 - Organization of Health Care System
• HCM 380 - Introduction to Long-Term Care Administration
• HCM 381 - Hospice Care and End of Life Ethics
• HCM 480 - Resident Care Management in Long-Term Care
• and one HCM or HIT elective (300-400 level) or two HCM or HIT electives (300-400 level)
