Cybersecurity Certificate

Certificate Requirements

Grade of C or higher in all minor/ certificate requirements. A computer science major who has satisfied the requirements will be awarded a certificate in cybersecurity. A degree seeking student who is not majoring in computer science will be awarded a minor in cybersecurity.

• MATH 123 - College Algebra or higher
• STAT 202 - Basic Probability and Statistics or equivalent *
• CSC 270 - Networking Basics
• CSC 280 - Computer Security Basics
• CSC 281 - Mobile and Web Applications Security
• CSC 282 - Exploring Threats, Malwares, and Mitigations

Total Credit Hours: 18
