Minor Requirements

SBE majors are expected to complete 12 additional hours of course work beyond major requirements. HCM minor courses may not be used to fulfill business electives for major requirements.

• HIT 360 - Healthcare Information Systems
• HIT 370 - Healthcare Information Applications

• or

• ISBA 320 - Database Management Systems
• HIT 380 - Healthcare Business Intelligence

• or

• ISBA 412 - Business Analytics
• One 300-499 level HIT or MIS elective (must be selected in consultation with advisor)

• or

• HCM 313 - Medical Coding for Managers
