BIOL 160 - Principles of Biology II Credit Hours: 4 Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 2
The study of the major principles relating to the nature of organisms, with emphasis on evolution, introducing the diversity and complexity of life at the macro-scale (survey of kingdoms and phyla). The course will include two (2) hours of lab consisting of observations and dissections of both plant and animal species and stressing the relationship between form and function. Prerequisite: BIOL 150
